We different types of accommodation in our desire to cater to the varying needs of the backpacking community / budget travelers.
We don't want you to unncessarily skip Manila in your travel itinerary out of your excitement to hit the beaches or explore the countryside. We honestly think that staying for a night or two in this crazy but charming city upon arrival from the airport would still give you a pleasant and memorable experience. If you dispense with traditional hotel accommodation, budget accommodation in Manila or Makati via a hostel like ours provides you with an opportunity to experience the city in a different way. It's not just about keeping your budget. It's mostly about getting more from your travel experience. Anyhow, you might just be passing this corner of the world but once... until you get hooked and decide later to make it your home. *wink*
